Densifol sells keratin hair building fibres. Densifol is a cosmetic grooming product that covers the look of thinning hair. It is not a medical treatment and does not regrow hair. You can reach us at info@densifol.com.
2. Products and pricing
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep all information accurate. If we spot a genuine pricing or description error, we will let you know before your order is processed so you can confirm or cancel.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund anything already paid.
4. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and timescales are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We also offer a shade-match guarantee, where a wrong shade is re-shipped free with nothing to post back, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email info@densifol.com to start a return.
7. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe and Save, your card is charged automatically each month at the discounted price until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time, with no fee.
8. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Densifol is a cosmetic product used at your discretion.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the site and your order.
